Monday Night Football week 11
This week the New England Patriots host the Kansas City Chiefs. Kansas City opened with a Ryan Succop field goal from 26 yards. New England got going in the second quarter when Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowksi met up for a 52 yard touchdown reception, and Stephen Gostkowski added the extra point. The score at halftime was 10-3 Patriots due to a 21 yard Gostkowski field goal. New England kept charging in the third quarter with a Brady pass of 19 yards to Gronkowski for another touchdown, and Gostkowski again added the PAT. The Patriots next touchdown was special, as Julian Edelman returned a punt 72 yards for a touchdown, and Gostkowski supplied the extra point. Gostkowski kept pushing New England ahead, tacking on a 19 yard field goal. The Patriots finished it at 34-3 with Shane Vereen rushing 4 yards for a touchdown and Gostkowski kicking the final extra point. The Patriots are now 7-3, and the Chiefs fell to 4-6.
