The Devils took the lead with a Jesper Bratt goal, courtesy of Zacha and Nikita Gusev. New Jersey added on in the second period with a Will Butcher goal, made possible by Travis Zajac and Miles Wood. The Panthers got one back on a Brett Connolly goal, helped along by Frank Vatrano. Florida got closer with another Connolly goal, his second of the game, guided in by Mike Hoffman and Vincent Trocheck. The Panthers tied it in the third period with a MacKenzie Weegar goal, his second of the season, fueled by Aaron Ekblad and Trocheck. Florida pulled ahead with a Noel Acciari goal, his second of the year, passed from Weegar and Ekblad. The Panthers finished it at 6-4 with a Dadonov power play goal, his fourth of the campaign, powered by Barkov and Mike Matheson. The three stars belonged to Connolly, Dadonov, and Zacha, while Weegar, Trocheck, Barkov, Ekblad, and Hall get the honorable mentions.

In Canada, the Ottawa Senators host the Minnesota Wild. Alex Stalock and Craig Anderson are given the starting nods. Minnesota dented the scoreboard in the third period with a Victor Rask goal, via Jordan Greenway. The Wild added on with a Zach Parise empty net goal, his second of the season, set up by Mikko Koivu. Back stateside, the Buffalo Sabres welcome the Dallas Stars. Ben Bishop and Carter Hutton patrol the creases. The Winnipeg Jets hosting the Pittsburgh Penguins. Tristan Jarry and Laurent Brossoit are the goalies. Winnipeg led off in the first period with a Mathieu Perreault goal, his second of the season, made possible by Jack Roslovic and Dmitry Kulikov. Pittsburgh tied it with a Zach Aston-Reese goal, coming off of Teddy Blueger and Brandon Tanev. The Penguins took the lead in the second period with a Jake Guentzel power play goal, his third of the year, powered by Brian Dumoulin and Marcus Pettersson. Pittsburgh added on with a Sam Lafferty goal, his second of the season, assisted by Joseph Blandisi and Kris Letang. The Jets got one back on a Mark Scheifele power play goal, his third of the year, with assists provided by Patrik Laine and Josh Morrissey. The Penguins replied on a Dominik Simon goal, helped along by Sidney Crosby and Pettersson. Pittsburgh extended the lead in the third period as Laffert scored his second of the game and third of the season, thanks to Aston-Reese and Justin Schultz. The Penguins padded the lead on a Guentzel goal, his second of the game and fourth of the year, with helpers from Letang and Crosby. The Kings got one back in the third period with a Dustin Brown goal, his third of the season, assisted by Anze Kopitar and Alex Iafallo. Sky Blue tied it in the 26th minute with a Carli Lloyd goal, via Raquel Rodriguez. The Courage replied in the 28th minute with a Debinha goal, passed from Cari Roccaro. North Carolina added on in the 82nd minute with another McDonald goal, set up by Debinha and Lynn Williams. Sky Blue got one back in the 86th minute with a Domi Richardson goal. The final stood at 3-2, with McDonald as the woman of the match.
Down south, the Orlando Pride welcome Reign FC. Casey Murphy and Ashlyn Harris are the keepers. Orlando led off in the 24th minute with a Rachel Hill goal, coming off of Claire Emslie. Reign's Allie Long took a yellow card for a foul in the 27th minute. Reign tied it in the 34th minute with a Darian Jenkins goal, via Steph Catley.
