The Rangers added on in the second period with a Filip Chytil goal, his eighth of the year, courtesy of Ryan Strome and Artemi Panarin. Boston tied it on a Sean Kuraly goal, his second of the season, via Jake DeBrusk and Brandon Carlo. The Bruins tied it in the third period with a David Pastrnak goal, his twenty-fourth of the year, assisted by David Krejci and DeBrusk. Boston won 3-2 in overtime with a Krejci goal, his fifth of the campaign, made possible by Pastrnak and the goalie Halak. The three stars were Krejci, Pastrnak, and DeBrusk.

The Devils retook the lead on a Zajac goal, his third of the season, assisted by Gusev and Coleman. The Canadiens tied it again in the second period with a Jesperi Kotkaniemi goal, his third of the year, fueled by Max Domi and Shea Weber. Philadelphia tied it in the second period with a Sean Couturier goal, his seventh of the year, fueled by Jakub Voracek and Robert Hagg. The Flyers took the lead in the third period with a Voracek goal, his sixth of the campaign, guided in by Justin Braun and Couturier. Down to Tampa Bay, as the Lightning host the Buffalo Sabres. Carter Hutton and Andrei Vasilevskiy are between the pipes. The Lightning evened it on a Mikhail Sergachev power play goal, his second of the season, powered by Palat and Kevin Shattenkirk. Tampa Bay pulled ahead on a Yanni Gourde goal, his sixth of the year, via Ryan McDonagh and Pat Maroon. The Lightning added on with a Cedric Paquette shorthanded goal in the third period, his third of the season, set up by Anthony Cirelli and McDonagh. Back north, the Columbus Blue Jackets welcome the Ottawa Senators. Craig Anderson and Joonas Korpisalo draw the starts in goal. Further south, the Dallas Stars host the Vegas Golden Knights. Malcolm Subban is mismatched with Ben Bishop in goal. Dallas kicked off the scoring in the first period with an Alexander Radulov power play goal, his seventh of the season, powered by John Klingberg and Tyler Seguin. The Stars added on with an Esa Lindell goal, his second of the year, coming off of Andrew Cogliano and Seguin. Out west, the Anaheim Ducks welcome the New York Islanders. Thomas Greiss and John Gibson are the masked men. Anaheim got going in the second period with a Ryan Getzlaf goal, his ninth of the season, going in unassisted. The Ducks added on in the third period with a Cam Fowler goal, his fifth of the year, courtesy of Getzlaf. Finally, the Los Angeles Kings bring in the San Jose Sharks. Martin Jones and Jonathan Quick are the veterans in goal. San Jose drew first blood in the first period with an Erik Karlsson goal, his third of the season, coming off of Logan Couture and Evander Kane. The Sharks added on in the second period with a Timo Meier goal, his seventh of the year, via Kevin Labanc and Karlsson. San Jose extended the lead as Meier scored his second of the game and eighth of the season, with the help of Brenden Dillon and Labanc. Los Angeles got on the board with an Adrian Kempe goal, his third of the year, passed from Blake Lizotte and Austin Wagner. The Kings got closer in the third period with a Dustin Brown goal, his fifth of the season, courtesy of Alex Iafallo and Anze Kopitar. Los Angeles tied it as Kopitar scored his tenth of the year, thanks to Iafallo and Kempe. The Sharks won 4-3 in overtime with an unassisted Patrick Marleau goal, his fifth of the campaign. The three stars were Meier, Karlsson, and Labanc, while Kopitar, Kempe, and Iafallo get the honorable mentions.

Buffalo extended the lead in the second period as Jack Eichel scored his fourteenth of the season, thanks to Rasmus Dahlin and Zach Bogosian. Florida got on the board with a Noel Acciari goal, his fifth of the year, going in unassisted. The Sabres replied with a Victor Olofsson goal, his eighth of the season, passed from Sam Reinhart and Eichel. The Panthers got one back in the third period with a Brett Connolly power play goal, his eleventh of the year, powered by Aaron Ekblad and Vincent Trocheck.
