Omsk tied it in the second period as Alexander Frolov scored a power play goal, via Dmitry Vorobyov. Barys took the lead again as Roman Starchenko scored, thanks to Dawes and Mike Lundin. Astana added on with a Talgat Zhailauov goal, passed from Alexei Litvinenko and the goalie Yeremeyev. Barys extended the lead in the third period with a power play goal by Maxim Spiridonov, powered by Zhailauov and Fyodor Polishchuk. Avangard got one back on a power play goal netted by Nikita Pivtsakin, fueled by Miroslav Blatak and Tomas Zaborsky. Dynamo pulled back as Alexei Tsvetkov scored, with the help of Filip Novak and Leo Komarov. Dynamo tied it with a power play goal by Tsvetkov, powered by Denis Kokarev and Maxim Solovyov.
