Bironas answered for Tennessee on a 25 yard field goal. The Colts shot back when Vinatieri blasted a 30 yard field goal. Indianapolis pulled closer in the third quarter as Donald Brown ran 6 yards for a touchdown, and Vinatieri supplied the extra point. The Colts took the lead as Andrew Luck rushed 11 yards for a touchdown, and Vinatieri was true with the PAT. Indianapolis extended the lead as Vinatieri made a 50 yard field goal. The Titans responded in the fourth quarter on a Bironas 38 yard field goal. The Colts replied as Brown ran 11 yards for another touchdown, and Vinatieri handled the extra point. Tennessee chipped back late as Ryan Fitzpatrick threw a 19 yard touchdown to Delanie Walker, and Bironas knocked in the extra point.
