Los Angeles tied it in the thirty-fifth minute with a Gyasi Zardes goal, fueled by Marcelo Sarvas and Stefan Ishizaki. This was it for the action, as the game ended in a 1-1 draw. Kennedy was the man of the match, making six saves to preserve the tie.
