Up in Khabarovsk, Amur welcomes Barys Astana. Pavel Poluektov and Juha Metsola protect the nets. Khabarovsk was first to score in the first period on a Denis Tolpeko power play goal, powered by Jan Kolar and Akim Aliu. Astana tied it in the second period with a Brandon Bochenski power play goal, guided in by Nigel Dawes and Kevin Dallman. Amur retook the lead on a Vyacheslav Litovchenko goal, via Evgeny Grachyov. Novokuznetsk got on the board with an Ignat Zemchenko goal, passed from Daniil Yerdakov. Metallurg tied it on a third period goal by Cade Fairchild, coming on the power play from Roman Manukhov. Khanty-Mansiysk regained the lead as Denis Gorbunov scored a power play goal, thanks to Zheldakov and Bortnikov.
