Just one game today, as the Houston Dash host the North Carolina Courage in Rio Grande Valley. Sabrina D'Angelo and Jane Campbell play in goal. North Carolina opened in the thirteenth minute with a Samantha Mewis goal off a turnover, assisted by Abby Dahlkemper. The Courage added on in the thirty-eighth minute with a Lynn Williams goal, passed from Ashley Hatch. North Carolina extended the lead in the fifty-first minute as Debinha scored, with the help of Williams and Samantha Mewis. In the fifty-sixth minute, the Courage padded the lead with a Hatch goal, helped along by Debinha. The final held at 4-0, with the woman of the match being Debinha. Also strong for North Carolina were Samantha Mewis, Williams, Hatch, and Abby Erceg, while Houston's best were Kristie Mewis, Rachel Daly, and Janine Beckie.
