Monday Night Football Week 5 2013

Tonight's game comes from Atlanta, where the Falcons host the New York Jets. New York was first to score in the first quarter with a Nick Folk field goal of 22 yards. Atlanta took the lead in the second quarter as Matt Ryan tossed a 4 yard touchdown to Jason Snelling, and Matt Bryant was there with the extra point. The Jets answered on a Geno Smith touchdown pass of 20 yards to Jeff Cumberland, and Folk was true with the extra point. New York added on as Smith tossed a 16 yard touchdown to Jeremy Kerley, and Folk handled the PAT. The Falcons got some back in the third quarter as Jacquizz Rodgers ran 4 yards for a touchdown, and Bryant tacked on the extra point. The Jets shot back on a 36 yard Folk field goal. New York padded the lead in the fourth quarter with a 1 yard touchdown pass from Smith to Kellen Winslow, and Folk booted another extra point. Atlanta replied with a 19 yard Rodgers touchdown run, and Bryant supplied the extra point. The Falcons took the lead as Ryan tossed a 3 yard touchdown to Levine Toilolo, and Bryant's extra point put them ahead by one. The Jets took the lead game 30-28 when Folk kicked a 43 yard field goal as time expired. The Jets are now 3-2 while the Falcons are 1-4.
