Dallas tied it in the second period on an Antoine Roussel goal, his third of the year, made possible by Vernon Fiddler and Ryan Garbutt. The Ducks retook the lead as Nick Bonino scored his seventh of the campaign, with the help of Andrew Cogliano and Kyle Palmieri. The Stars retied it in the third period on a Cody Eakin goal, his sixth of the season, coming off of Erik Cole and Jordie Benn. Dallas took the lead on a Stephane Robidas goal, his fourth of the year, fueled by Rich Peverley and Ray Whitney. The Stars added on as Garbutt scored his third of the campaign, with a lone assist by Trevor Daley. Dallas extended the lead with another Roussel goal, his second of the game and fourth of the season, passed from Garbutt and Fiddler. Anaheim got one back on a Dustin Penner power play goal, his seventh of the year, powered by Ryan Getzlaf and Corey Perry. The Stars iced it at 6-3 as Alex Chiasson scored his seventh of the campaign, an empty net goal, set up by Cole and Eakin. The three stars went to Garbutt, Roussel, and Eakin, while Fiddler and Cole get the honorable mentions.
