The first game of the Western Conference Final comes from Prague. In goal are Curtis Sanford for Yaroslavl and Petri Vehanen for Prague. Prague opened in the first period with an Ondrej Nemec power play goal, powered by Niko Kapanen and Marc-Andre Gragnani. Lev added on with a Jakub Klepis goal, made possible by Martin Sevc. Prague finished it at 3-0 in the third period on a Kapanen goal, going in unassisted. The three stars belonged to Vehanen (32 save shutout), Kapanen, Nemec. Lev leads the series 1-0.
