Togliatti began in the first period with a Jiri Hunkes goal, via Andrei Nikitenko and Martin Zatovic. Chelyabinsk tied it on a Semyon Kokuyov goal, courtesy of Dmitry Sayustov and Kyle Wilson. Traktor took the lead as Oleg Piganovich scored, thanks to Konstantin Panov. Lada tied it on a Yury Petrov goal in the second period, made possible by Denis Golubev. Togliatti took the lead on an unassisted goal by Alexei Mastryukov. Chelyabinsk tied it again with a Panov power play goal, powered by Deron Quint and Stanislav Chistov. Traktor took the lead once again on a Wilson goal, with a lone helper by Kokuyov. This was it for the scoring, so Traktor won 4-3. The three stars went to Wilson, Panov, and Kokuyov.
Up in Nizhnekamsk, Neftekhimik welcomes Yugra Khanty-Mansiysk. Stepan Goryachevskikh and Alexander Sudnitsin are the masked men. Khanty-Mansiysk got going in the second period with an Ivan Yatsenko goal, with a lone assist by Nikita Gusev. Yugra added on with a Ben Maxwell goal, assisted by Philip Larsen and Lukas Kaspar. Nizhnekamsk got on the board with an Alexander Korolyuk power play goal, powered by Teemu Eronen and Tim Stapleton. Neftekhimik tied it on a Stanislav Alshevsky goal, courtesy of Alexander Yevseyenkov and Yaroslav Alshevsky. Nizhnekamsk pulled ahead in the third period on a Stapleton goal, via Mikhail Zhukov and Igor Polygalov. Khanty-Mansiysk retied it on an Igor Magogin goal, with a lone helper by Andrei Sergeyev. Yugra won 4-3 in overtime as Gusev scored an unassisted goal. The three stars belonged to Gusev, Stapleton, and Magogin.
Finally, in Helsinki, Jokerit brings in Dinamo Riga. Edgars Masalskis and Henrik Karlsson are in the blue paint. Helsinki led off in the first period with an Eetu Poysti goal, courtesy of Riku Hahl. Jokerit added on with a power play goal by Linus Omark, powered by Steve Moses and Topi Jaakola. Helsinki extended the lead in the second period with a Petr Koukal power play goal, coming off of Omark and Moses. Jokerit padded the lead on a Moses goal, guided in by Omark. Riga got on the board with a shorthanded goal by Miks Indrasis, set up by Lauris Darzins and Charles Genoway. Helsinki shot back on a Moses goal, fueled by Daine Todd and Jaakola on the power play. Dinamo got one back with another shorthanded goal by Maris Bicevskis, via Kristaps Sotnieks and Ginta Meija. This made it 5-2, the final, with the three stars handed to Moses, Omark, and Jaakola.
