Only a single game tonight, with the New York Rangers hosting the San Jose Sharks. Martin Jones and Antti Raanta are the little-known goalies. New York struck first in the first period on a Marc Staal goal, assisted by Derick Brassard and Jesper Fast. The Rangers added on in the second period with a Mats Zuccarello power play goal, his fourth of the season, powered by Rick Nash and Dan Boyle. New York extended the lead on a Fast goal, coming off of Chris Kreider and Keith Yandle in the third period. The Rangers padded the lead on a Viktor Stalberg goal, with a lone helper by Staal. This made it 4-0, the final, with the three stars being Staal, Raanta (22 save shutout), and Fast.
