Thursday Night Football Week 3

Tonight's featured game has the Carolina Panthers hosting the New York Giants. New York bean in the first quarter as Eli Manning threw a 14 yard touchdown pass to Martellus Bennett, followed by a Lawrence Tynes extra point. The Giants added on as Tynes kicked a 47 yard field goal. New York kept going in the second quarter as Andre Brown ran 1 yard for a touchdown, and Tynes was again good on the PAT. The Giants padded the lead as Tynes nailed a 49 yard field goal. New York extended the lead in the third quarter on a Tynes field goal from 30 yards away. Carolina got on the board as Cam Newton rushed 1 yard for a touchdown, and Justin Medlock was there with the extra point. The Giants shot back as Tynes booted a 36 yard field goal. New York got some more in the fourth quarter as Brown again ran in a 1 yard touchdown, and Tynes was true with the extra point. The Giants tacked on some more as Tynes nailed a 27 yard field goal. This made it 36-7, with New York going to 2-1 and the Panthers falling to 1-2.
