Vityaz retied it on a Denis Grebeshkov goal, assisted by Alexei Makeyev. Podolsk took the lead with a Nikita Vyglazov goal, passed from Mathias Porseland. Glass was pulled for Ilya Ezhov in the second period. Togliatti tied it on a Yury Petrov goal, coming off of Alexander Streltsov. Lada pulled ahead as Anton Shenfeld scored in the third period, thanks to Georgy Belousov. Vityaz retied it with a Vyacheslav Solodukhin goal, guided in by Igor Golovkov.
