The NWSL's last week of the regular season features a midweek game after a previous rescheduling was required. The Chicago Red Stars host Sky Blue FC. Kailen Sheridan and Emily Boyd make the starts in goal. Chicago began in the eighteenth minute with an Alyssa Mautz goal, helped along by Arin Gilliland. The Red Stars added on in the forty-sixth minute with another Mautz goal, again assisted by Gilliland. Chicago extended the lead in the sixty-fourth minute with a Sam Kerr goal, via Brooke Elby. The Red Stars padded the lead in the eightieth minute on a Rosie White goal, set up by Kerr and Gilliland. Chicago iced it at 5-0 with a Michele Vasconcelos goal in stoppage time, made possible by White. The woman of the match was Mautz. Also good for the Red Stars were Sarah Gorden, Gilliland, Elby, White, and Kerr, while Sky Blue's best were Mandy Freeman, Domi Richardson, Sarah Killion, and Shea Groom.
