We're back in Vegas again as the Golden Knights bring in the Dallas Stars. Jake Oettinger and Adin Hill patrol the creases. Dallas started in the first period with a Miro Heiskanen goal, via Luke Glendening and Ryan Suter. Vegas tied it on a Mark Stone power play goal, his sixth of the postseason, powered by Chandler Stephenson and Jonathan Marchessault. The Stars pulled ahead with a Jason Robertson power play goal in the second period, his fourth of the playoffs, with assists provided by Evgenii Dadonov and Suter. The Golden Knights tied it in the third period with a Marchessault goal, his sixth of the postseason, courtesy of Jack Eichel and Ivan Barbashev. Vegas won 3-2 into overtime on a Stephenson goal, his seventh of the playoffs, assisted by Shea Theodore and Stone. The three stars were Stephenson, Marchessault, and Stone, while Suter gets an honorable mention. The Golden Knights leave home with a 2-0 series lead in tow.
