The Buffalo Sabres hosting the Ottawa Senators. Anton Forsberg and Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen man the nets. Buffalo struck first in the first period with a JJ Peterka goal, his thirteenth of the season, via Dylan Cozens and Owen Power. Ottawa tied it on a Vladimir Tarasenko goal, his ninth of the year, going in unassisted. Joonas Korpisalo replaced an injured Forsberg in goal. The Sabres took the lead back with a Tage Thompson goal, his thirteenth of the season, passed from Rasmus Dahlin. Buffalo added on with a Thompson power play goal, his second of the game and fourteenth of the year, powered by Dahlin and Jack Quinn. The Sabres extended the lead in the second period as Peyton Krebs scored his third of the season, thanks to Eric Robinson. The Senators replied in the third period with a Claude Giroux goal, his eleventh of the year, guided in by Ridly Greig. Ottawa got closer with another Giroux goal, his second of the game and twelfth of the season, an unassisted goal. Buffalo iced it at 5-3 with a Cozens empty net goal, his seventh of the year, going in unassisted. The three stars were Thompson, Cozens, and Giroux, while Dahlin gets an honorable mention.

Down in Raleigh, the Carolina Hurricanes welcome the Anaheim Ducks. John Gibson and Pyotr Kochetkov receive the starts in goal. Carolina drew first blood in the first period with a Brady Skjei goal, his seventh of the season, assisted by Seth Jarvis and Jordan Staal. The Hurricanes added on with an Andrei Svechnikov goal, his tenth of the year, courtesy of Sebastian Aho and Teuvo Teravainen. Anaheim got on the board in the second period with an Isac Lundestrom goal, via Brett Leason and Brock McGinn. Carolina shot back with a Jordan Martinook goal, his third of the season, coming off of Jarvis. The Ducks responded with a Ryan Strome goal, his fifth of the year, passed from Troy Terry. Anaheim tied it on a Frank Vatrano power play goal, his twentieth of the season, powered by Adam Henrique. The Hurricanes retook the lead with a Stefan Noesen shorthanded goal, his eleventh of the year, set up by Michael Bunting and Jesperi Kotkaniemi. Carolina extended the lead as Jack Drury scored a power play goal, his seventh of the season, with the help of Noesen and Teravainen. Lukas Dostal replaced Gibson in the third period. The Hurricanes padded the lead in the third period with a Jarvis goal, his fifteenth of the year, with helpers from Brent Burns and Martinook. This made it 6-3, the final, with the three stars going to Jarvis, Noesen, and Martinook, while Teravainen gets an honorable mention.

Further south, with Florida Panthers bring in the Los Angeles Kings. Cam Talbot and Sergei Bobrovsky are the masked men. Los Angeles began in the first period with a Trevor Moore goal, his eighteenth of the season, assisted by Phillip Danault and Kevin Fiala. Florida tied it in the second period with a Sam Bennett goal, his eighth of the year, made possible by Eetu Luostarinen and Oliver Ekman-Larsson. The Kings took the lead back with a power play goal by Drew Doughty, his eighth of the season, powered by Adrian Kempe and Anze Kopitar. The Panthers tied it in the third period with a Matthew Tkachuk goal, his twelfth of the year, guided in by Carter Verhaeghe and Sam Reinhart. Florida won 3-2 in overtime with a Reinhart power play goal, his thirtieth of the campaign, coming off of Aleksander Barkov and the goalie Bobrovsky. The three stars were Reinhart, Bobrovsky (32 for 34 in saves), and Tkachuk.

Back north, the Detroit Red Wings host the Edmonton Oilers. Calvin Pickard and Alex Lyon are the backups in goal. Detroit dented the scoreboard in the third period with an Andrew Copp goal, his sixth of the season, going in unassisted. Edmonton tied it on a Connor McDavid goal, his sixteenth of the year, with a lone assist by Zach Hyman. The Oilers took the lead with a Hyman goal, his twenty-sixth of the season, made possible by Ryan Nugent-Hopkins and Mattias Ekholm. The Red Wings tied it on an Olli Maatta goal, his second of the year, courtesy of Lucas Raymond and Dylan Larkin. Edmonton won 3-2 in overtime with a Darnell Nurse goal, his sixth of the campaign, an unassisted goal. The three stars were Hyman, McDavid, and Nurse.

Along to Montreal, as the Canadiens welcome the San Jose Sharks. Mackenzie Blackwood and Sam Montembeault are the starting goalies. San Jose started in the first period with a Luke Kunin goal, his sixth of the season, going in unassisted. The Sharks added on with a Fabian Zetterlund goal, his twelfth of the year, via Tomas Hertl and Filip Zadina. Montreal got on the board with a Brendan Gallagher goal, his seventh of the season, passed from Michael Matheson and David Savard. San Jose replied in the second period with a Nikita Okhotiuk goal, coming off of Mikael Granlund and William Eklund. The Canadiens got one back with a Matheson goal, his seventh of the year, courtesy of Cole Caufield. This only made it 3-2, the final, with the three stars being Matheson, Okhotiuk, and Blackwood (34 for 36 in saves).

Stateside again, the New York Islanders bring in the Toronto Maple Leafs. Martin Jones and Ilya Sorokin are between the pipes. New York opened in the first period with a Kyle Palmieri power play goal, his tenth of the season, powered by Noah Dobson and Mathew Barzal. Toronto tied it on a Bobby McMann goal, his second of the year, guided in by Noah Gregor and T.J. Brodie. The Maple Leafs took the lead in the second period with an Auston Matthews goal, his thirty-second of the season, via Mitchell Marner and Morgan Rielly. Toronto added on with another Matthews goal, his second of the game and thirty-third of the year, passed from Pontus Holmberg. The Islanders got one back with an Alexander Romanov goal, his fourth of the season, courtesy of Barzal and Dobson. New York tied it on a Bo Horvat power play goal, his seventeenth of the year, with assists provided by Dobson and Barzal. The Islanders won 4-3 in overtime with a Barzal goal, his twelfth of the campaign, helped along by Dobson. The three stars belonged to Barzal, Dobson, and Matthews.

Over in Pittsburgh, the Penguins host the Vancouver Canucks. Thatcher Demko faces a lesser foe in Alex Nedeljkovic in goal. Vancouver led off in the first period with a Brock Boeser goal, his twenty-sixth of the season, assisted by Elias Pettersson and J.T. Miller. The Canucks added on with another Boeser goal, his second of the game and twenty-seventh of the year, powered by Miller and Elias Pettersson. Pittsburgh got on the board with a Marcus Pettersson goal, coming off of Jansen Harkins. Vancouver replied with an Elias Pettersson goal, his twenty-first of the season, guided in by Filip Hronek and Miller. Tristan Jarry replaced Nedeljkovic for the second period. The Penguins got on the board in the second period with a Sidney Crosby goal, his twenty-third of the year, helped along by Jake Guentzel and Marcus Pettersson. South to Tampa Bay, as the Lightning welcome the New Jersey Devils. Vitek Vanecek and Andrei Vasilevskiy protect the nets. New Jersey kicked off the scoring in the first period with a Dawson Mercer goal, his thirteenth of the season, coming off of Erik Haula and Colin Miller. Tampa Bay tied it on a Luke Glendening goal, his sixth of the year, courtesy of Nick Perbix and Austin Watson. The Lightning took the lead with a Glendening shorthanded goal, his second of the game and seventh of the season, going in unassisted. Tampa Bay added on in the second period with a Brayden Point goal, his twentieth of the year, via Nikita Kucherov and Perbix. The Devils got one back with a Jesper Bratt goal, his fifteenth of the season, made possible by John Marino and Tyler Toffoli. New Jersey tied it in the third period with an unassisted Nathan Bastian goal, his second of the year. The Lightning won 4-3 in overtime with a Darren Raddysh goal, his third of the campaign, with helpers from Kucherov and the goalie Vasilevskiy. The three stars were Glendening, Kucherov, and Perbix.

Backtracking to DC, as the Washington Capitals bring in the Seattle Kraken. Joey Daccord and Darcy Kuemper guard the cages. Seattle was first to score in the first period with a Tye Kartye goal, his seventh of the season, via Jared McCann and Adam Larsson. The Kraken added on with an Alexander Wennberg goal, his seventh of the year, coming off of Brandon Tanev. Washington got on the board with a Max Pacioretty goal in the second period, assisted by Alex Ovechkin and Trevor van Riemsdyk. Seattle shot back with a Justin Schultz goal, his fourth of the season, passed from Eeli Tolvanen and Oliver Bjorkstrand. Seattle extended the lead in the third period as Larsson scored his third of the year, thanks to Tanev and Jaden Schwartz. This stood for a 4-1 win, with the three stars being Larsson, Daccord (25 for 26 in saves), and Tanev.

Out west, the St. Louis Blues host the New York Rangers. Igor Shesterkin and Jordan Binnington tend the twines. New York cracked the scoresheet in the first period with an Adam Fox goal, his fifth of the season, courtesy of Barclay Goodrow and Ryan Lindgren. St. Louis tied it on a Jordan Kyrou goal, his tenth of the year, via Robert Thomas and Pavel Buchnevich. The Blues took the lead with a Kyrou power play goal, his second of the game and eleventh of the season, powered by Buchnevich and Thomas. St. Louis added on in the second period with a Brandon Saad power play goal, his tenth of the year, with assists provided by Brayden Schenn and Torey Krug. The Blues extended the lead in the third period as Kyrou scored his twelfth of the season to complete his hat trick, an unassisted goal. Up in Winnipeg, the Jets welcome the Chicago Blackhawks. Petr Mrazek and Laurent Brossoit receive the starts in goal. Winnipeg tied it on a Gabriel Vilardi goal, his tenth of the year, guided in by Adam Lowry and Josh Morrissey. The Jets took the lead with a Nikolaj Ehlers goal, his fifteenth of the season, via Lowry and Brenden Dillon. This stood for a 2-1 win, with the three stars going to Lowry, Ehlers, and Vilardi.

Back south, the Arizona Coyotes bring in the Calgary Flames. Jacob Markstrom and Karel Vejmelka are in the blue paint. The Coyotes got one back in the second period with a Clayton Keller goal, his fifteenth of the year, with helpers from Logan Cooley and Michael Kesselring. Calgary answered in the third period with a Sharangovich goal, his second of the game and sixteenth of the season, helped along by Jonathan Huberdeau and Elias Lindholm. The Flames padded the lead on a Sharangovich power power play, completing his hat trick on his seventeenth of the year, powered by Lindholm and Huberdeau. This stood for a 6-2 win, with the three stars going to Sharangovich, Coleman, and Weegar, while Lindholm and Huberdeau get the honorable mentions.

Finally, the Vegas Golden Knights host the Boston Bruins. Jeremy Swayman and Logan Thompson tend the twines. Vegas opened in the third period with a Jack Eichel power play goal, his nineteenth of the season, powered by Jonathan Marchessault and Alec Martinez. Boston tied it on a Matt Grzelcyk goal, his second of the year, guided in by Trent Frederic. The Golden Knights won 2-1 in overtime with an Alex Pietrangelo goal, his second of the campaign, made possible by Mark Stone and Eichel. The three stars were Eichel, Pietrangelo, and Thompson (32 for 33 in saves).
