Buffalo, as the Sabres host the Boston Bruins. Anton Khudobin and Ryan Miller are in goal. Buffalo struck first with a Drew Stafford goal in the first period, assisted by Tyler Ennis and Marcus Foligno. Boston tied it on a Dougie Hamilton power play goal, powered by David Krejci and Tyler Seguin. The Bruins took the lead in the second period on a Rich Peverley goal, his second of the season, fueled by Hamilton and Dennis Seidenberg.
