Our only game today is in Moscow, as CSKA hosts Slovan Bratislava. Jaroslav Janus for Slovan and Ilya Bryzgalov for CSKA protect the nets. Moscow led off in the first period on an Alexander Radulov goal, assisted by Pavel Datsyuk and Sergei Shirokov. Bratislava tied it in the second period with a power play goal by Michal Vondrka, powered by Michel Miklik and Jonathan Sigalet. CSKA took the lead in the third period on a Vladimir Zharkov goal, fueled by Patrick Davis and Janis Sprukts. Moscow padded the lead on a Mikhail Grabovsky goal, set up by Datsyuk. CSKA won 4-1 when Yakov Rylov scored, and Davis and Zharkov recorded the assists. The three stars went to Zharkov, Datsyuk, and Davis.
