The Capitals took the lead with a John Carlson goal, his eleventh of the season, coming off of Connor McMichael and Garnet Hathaway. The Hurricanes retied it on a Vincent Trocheck goal, his seventeenth of the year, passed from Ethan Bear. Carolina took the lead on a Jarvis goal, his second of the game and tenth of the season, guided in by Jordan Staal and Andrei Svechnikov. Washington tied it in the third period with an Alex Ovechkin power play goal, his thirty-ninth of the year, powered by Nicklas Backstrom. The Islanders retook the lead with a Kyle Palmieri goal, his eighth of the season, courtesy of Josh Bailey and Jean-Gabriel Pageau. New York added on with an Anders Lee goal, his twenty-first of the year, coming off of Ryan Pulock and Anthony Beauvillier. The Ducks got one back in the second period with an Isac Lundestrom goal, his fourteenth of the season, guided in by Hampus Lindholm and Jamie Drysdale. The Islanders replied on another Palmieri goal, his second of the game and ninth of the year, passed from Scott Mayfield and Bailey. Anaheim got one back in the third period with an Adam Henrique goal, his fourteenth of the campaign, made possible by Troy Terry and Trevor Zegras. This only made it 4-3, the final, with the three stars going to Palmieri, Bailey, and Lee.

Out west, the Colorado Avalanche welcome the Calgary Flames. Daniel Vladar and Darcy Kuemper are between the pipes. Colorado drew first blood in the first period with a Nathan MacKinnon power play goal, his twentieth of the season, powered by Mikko Rantanen and Nazem Kadri. The Avalanche added on in the third period with an unassisted MacKinnon goal, his second of the game and twenty-first of the year. Colorado finished it at 3-0 with a Rantanen empty net goal, his twenty-eighth of the campaign, set up by Darren Helm. The three stars went to Kuemper (46 save shutout), MacKinnon, and Rantanen.

Northwest to Vancouver, as the Canucks bring in the Tampa Bay Lightning. Andrei Vasilevskiy and Thatcher Demko tend the twines. Tampa Bay was first to score in the first period with a Victor Hedman goal, his fifteenth of the season, coming off of Pat Maroon and Pierre-Edouard Bellemare. The Lightning added on with a Ross Colton goal, his eleventh of the year, via Corey Perry. Vancouver got on the board in the third period with a J.T. Miller goal, his twenty-fourth of the season, assisted by Conor Garland and Tanner Pearson. This stood for a 2-1 final score, with the three stars awarded to Vasilevskiy (35 for 36 in saves), Colton, and Hedman.

Finally, the Los Angeles Kings host the Florida Panthers. Spencer Knight and Jonathan Quick patrol the creases. Los Angeles dented the scoreboard in the first period with a Rasmus Kupari goal, his fourth of the season, passed from Quinton Byfield and Jordan Spence. Florida tied it in the second period with an Eetu Luostarinen shorthanded goal, his ninth of the year, set up by Jonathan Huberdeau. The Panthers took the lead with a Brandon Montour goal, his seventh of the season, coming off of Patric Hornqvist and Aleksander Barkov. The Kings tied it on a Martin Frk power play goal in the third period, his second of the year, guided in by Sean Durzi. In the shootout, Adrian Kempe and Trevor Moore lifted the Kings to a 3-2 win over Barkov and the Panthers. The three stars were Frk, Kupari, and Barkov.
